The Customer Service Operator will act as a link, provide information on products, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our Customers may have to address with precision and efficiency. Patient, empathetic and with good communication skills. Confident in solving problems and investigating if they do not have enough information to answer Customer questions or resolve complaints. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service manager the CS operator must
- Keep high Customer service level
- Order Management (from order entry to delivery)
- Maintaining solid Customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Identify and assess Customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Resolving Customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with Customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage Customers

Relevant experience in a similar role
