Role Overview
Within Off Trade Sales Dept, you will be responsible for managing Key Clients in Off Trade Channel at national level, following the company strategy
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Meet the stakeholders to propose activities and business solutions, negotiate and close agreements, developing the commercial activity aligned to assigned net sales and profitability targets
- Maintain existing relationships with clients, keeping the contact with them, defining promo plans, investments and catching opportunities in daily business.
- Study and analyse pricing strategy, define and monitor outcomes (volumes, net sales and margin) regularly.
- Define and develop marketing activities at Clients, cooperating with Marketing and Trade Marketing,
- Oversee sales point, checking the implementation of agreed activities and investments, cooperating with merchandiser and building up positive relationships with stakeholders, also at a peripherical level.
- Look for creative solutions to get profitable business, keeping in mind the ROI of the used resources.
- Monitor market and competitors
- Manage relationship with HQ regarding international Clients
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years in similar role
- Results driven approach
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proactive and dynamic approach, self-organized.
- Team player
- Resilience and stress management
You have minimum Master Degree in Economics or further.
Language & IT skills
- Excellent English knowledge written and spoken
- Excellent Italian knowledge written and spoken
