What you’ll be doing (key responsibilities)
You will have activities such as:

  • Maintain existing relationships with clients, keeping the contact with them, defining promo plans, investments and catching opportunities in daily business;
  • Study and analyze pricing strategy, define and monitor outcomes (volumes, net sales and margin) regularly;
  • Define and develop marketing activities at Clients, cooperating with Marketing and Trade Marketing;
  • Oversee sales point, verifying the implementation of agreed activities and investments, cooperating with merchandiser and building up positive relationships with stakeholders, also at a peripherical level;
  • Look for creative solutions to get profitable business, keeping in mind the ROI of the used resources;
  • Monitor market and competitors;
  • Manage relationship with HQ regarding international Clients.

What we’re looking for
You are highly engaged, flexible and empathic. You are deadline and target oriented, able to prioritize and a problem solver. You can work in teams, you can delegate tasks to your team and you know how to optimize the use of assigned resources.

  • Master’s Degree in Economics or further.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
  • Language:
    • Excellent English knowledge written and spoken;
    • Excellent Italian knowledge written and spoken.
  • Excellent in MS Office (in particular Excel and Power Point).
