What you will do (key responsibilities)
You will have a comprehensive overview of internal and external communications activities, with a focus on ESG and public affairs:
Main activities:
- Internal communication: Support in managing internal communication channels and content (newsletters, intranet, presentations)
- External communication: Collaboration in preparing external communication materials (press releases, LinkedIn posts);
- Participation in the organization of corporate and industry events, performing operational and support tasks.
- ESG: Assistance with data and information collection for sustainability (ESG) and DE&I projects.
- Public Affairs: Support for regulatory and industry policy monitoring activities, in collaboration with the external agency.
What we are looking for

- You are a precise person, able to organize yourself; you have a strong problem solving and critical thinking approach and you like teamwork.
- You are interested in communication, sustainability (ESG) and institutional relations.
- You have excellent formal and informal writing skills and good interpersonal skills that support you work in a team and communicate effectively at different organizational levels, implementing active listening, oriented towards achieving the overall result.
- You have an BSc in Communication, International Relations, Political Science or similar.
- Fluent in English and Italian native speaker
- Good in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with graphics tools (e.g. Canva).

Type of contract: internship (6 months with possibility to prolong +6).
Reimbursement: 800 € gross/month + ticket restaurant
