Customer Supply Chain Excellence Manager

As Customer Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will be part of our Integrated Supply Chain organization. In this role you will manage excellence agenda in the country customer supply chain functions (Planning, Logistic, Customer Service, Procurement) to achieve best in class customer service levels safely at optimal cost and asset utilization in short and long term, while contributing to best practice optimization driven by continuous benchmarking, network optimization and improvement projects.

You will deal with following responsibilities:

Functional management of all types of market logistics operations, including

  • Quality
    • Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and best-practices and secure that the market logistics set-up is fit for the future.
    • Performance management and Continuous improvement in directly managed operations.
    • Participation and preparation of contracts, tendering and negotiations for 3 PL/Logistics providers in cooperation with logistic and procurement.
    • Active participant of warehouse/distribution Center of Excellence, take the leadership if needed.
    • Implementation, adherence to, and execution of, Group Health & Safety and CSR standards, quality requirements, KPIs, SLAs, Lean principles and CSM.
  • Service
    • Represent market logistic function in cross functional projects including NPD, end-to-end tendering, route-to-market, and long-term development plans.
  • Cost
    • Responsible for country fleet, including 3rd party service.
    • Responsible for logistic network benchmarking.

 

  • Providers & Facilities
    • Responsible for all facilities management, including maintenance, soft services and rentals.
    • Responsible for cross-functional work with other departments and group functions to demonstrate "one team winning” and ensure best operational results.

What we’re looking for:

You are a logistics professional with 5 years’ experience within supply chain environment. You have experience in managing change and budget control in a result driven FMCG environment.

Education needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent

Language:

  • English knowledge written and spoken at fluent level.
  • Italian knowledge written and spoken at fluent level.
